Description
The Tabernacle Knight Commander cigar was inspired by the honorary title that Nicholas Melillo, Founder of Foundation Cigar Co., was awarded. The Ethopian Crown Council gave Nicholas the title of Knight Commander of The Ethiopian Star of Honor, which is an order of Knighthood that honors domestic and foreign people their service to Ethiopia. The commemorative cigar is a 6 ¾” x 52 perfecto featuring a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, Mexican San Andrés binder, and a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers. “Receiving the Ethiopian Star of Honor is an extraordinary privilege and an honor of a lifetime,” said Melillo in a press release. “The Knight Commander vitola is my tribute to this esteemed recognition, and I am proud that 100% of all wholesale proceeds will be contributed directly to charity, making a meaningful difference in the lives of Ethiopians.” Production is limited to only 700 12ct boxes.
