Romeo y Julieta is one of the most iconic brands in the world, dating its Cuban heritage all the way back to 1875. To celebrate Corona Cigar Company’s 25th Anniversary, Jeff Borysiewicz worked closely with Altadis’ talented team of master tobacco blenders, growers, and rollers to create an exclusive, limited-edition, premium cigar.

The Romeo y Julieta Corona Cigar 25th Anniversary is a complex, medium-bodied blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran Piloto Cuban filler wrapped in a rich and oily Ecuadorian wrapper. The flavor is distinctively different from Dominican and Cuban versions of Romeo y Julieta, with a flavor profile all on its own. This is our second exclusive cigar to hail from the historic Flor de Copan factory nestled in the Northwestern region of Honduras. For years, this factory has sort of been a “sleeper factory”, flying under the radar due to its remote location, making it difficult to access. But their remoteness has become a real strength, as they are the only cigar factory in that region.  This leads to having a highly skilled and loyal group of experienced cigar makers that truly care and are passionate about the cigars they produce.
