At Corona Cigar Co. we strive to carry only the best cigars for your money. We stand behind every line of cigars that we carry. If, for any reason, you need to return your cigars for a credit within 30 days of purchase, you may do so.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:
- Cigars must be returned in sellable condition; no cut or partially smoked cigars will be accepted.
- Boxes: Full credit is available if no more than 2 cigars have been smoked. If you have smoked more than two, you can return the remaining cigars for a refund based on the number of cigars returned.
- Bundles cannot be returned/exchanged if opened.
- Cigar samplers, 5-packs, single cigars, tins, closeout items, deals and steals items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All promotional items must be returned in their original box along with the cigars if you are requesting a refund. Otherwise, you will be charged the retail price of the promotional item(s).
- The refund does not include shipping cost.
- For an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
- Please inspect all cigars immediately and report any defects, broken wrappers, mold, or humidity issues within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Any burning or draw issues should be reported within 30 days of the order delivery date.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

Contact 1-888-702-4427 and ask for Customer Service to inform us about your return. Please specify whether you would like a refund, credit on your account, or a replacement.
- Be sure when packaging your return to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging no credit will be issued.
- Corona Cigar Company reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time without notice.
