On January 22, celebrity chef and cigar aficionado Guy Fieri celebrated his 57th birthday. To celebrate the occasion, he released his very own birthday cigar, the Knuckle Sandwich 57. Continuing a three-year tradition, the Knuckle Sandwich 57 keeps the same premium blend as its predecessors. It features a rich Mexican San Andrés wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and fillers, delivering a bold yet balanced smoking experience.

This year’s release is a 5 ¾ x 55 robusto gordo with an oval press—a shape that sits between a traditional round cigar and a full box press. It closely resembles the Knuckle Sandwich 55 (5 ½ x 55) from 2023 and follows last year’s Knuckle Sandwich 56 (6 x 56). With 1,700 boxes of 10 cigars produced at the San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, this year’s edition is the most widely available yet, totaling 17,000 cigars. 

Fans of Fieri’s cigars and collectors alike will want to act fast, as these limited editions are known to sell out quickly.
