Limited to 555 boxes, the Knuckle Sandwich "55" Maduro Robusto Extra, available in a 5" 1/2 x 55 (or in decimal form 5.5 x 55) features an all-Nicaraguan blend spare the Mexican San Andres Maduro wrapper and like the other Knuckle Sandwich cigars, is manufactured at AJ Fernandez's San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua.
