Davidoff is going back to its roots with the new Grand Cru Diademas Finas 2024 LE cigar. Back in 1946, Zino Davidoff created a line of cigars inspired by the world of wines, where the blend was selected based off the soil and climate in which the tobacco grew. Fast forward to 2024 and Davidoff has released a limited-edition cigar that incorporates aging their tobaccos in Premier Grand Cru red wine casks from Bordeaux. This is the very first time that Davidoff has used wine cask aged tobacco. The blend consists of an Ecuadorian wrapper and Dominican binder and filler tobaccos. When you smoke a Grand Cru Diademas Finas 2024 LE, the chateaux wine notes become very apparent with dark cherries, citrus, and walnuts.
