Olmec Claro
Olmec Claro Cigars for Sale
The Foundation Cigar Company named Olmec Claro cigars after the “mother culture” of ancient Mesoamerica, the civilization that first created calendars and mathematically precise pyramids. Aztec and pre-Mayan civilizations lived in Veracruz, Tabasco and San Andrés Tuxtla — regions where the wrapper tobacco used in the Olmec cigars is grown. They may have been the first cigar smokers.
The Olmec Claro cigar uses a San Andrés wrapper and a Nicaraguan binder and filler. It offers a medium to full smoke and a flavor profile of toffee, spice, coffee and cedar. The manufacturer ages the binder and filler for three years before rolling.
You can get the Olmec Claro in Toro, Robusto and Double Corona varieties, which differ in price.
