Blackened S84

New to the Drew Estate Family is the Blackened S84 ‘Shade to Black’. It was featured as the ‘mystery cigar’ in the Drew Estate Freestyle Kit in early 2024. The Blackened S84 follows the 95-rated M81, the original collaboration between James Hetfield (Metallica), Rob Dietrich (Blackened Whiskey), and Jonathan Drew. This new version goes the ‘lighter’ direction with an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper, but don’t let that fool you because this cigar still packs a punch. It also features a Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro binder and a blend of Nicaraguan and Pennsylvanian fillers. These tobaccos come together to create a medium-bodied smoke with wonderful notes of espresso, leather, cream, and chocolate.
