The Don Lino Africa was inspired by time spent in Africa by Nestor Miranda, who fell in love with the culture and scenery. The whole idea of this cigar is to encapsulate the spirit of Africa that Nestor liked so much. AJ Fernandez was sought out to help reimagine it and AJ did not disappoint. The Don Lino Africa is made at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars de Nicaragua S.A. located in Esteli and features a Cameroon binder, a mix of Dominican (Piloto) and Nicaraguan (Ometepe, Jalapa, & Esteli) fillers, and topped off with an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper. These tobaccos come together to create a wonderful medium to full-bodied smoke with delicious notes of toast, pepper, caramel, chocolate, and fruit.
