Aladino Candela
JRE Tobacco Co. released a line of Aladino Candela cigars, which will not be a regular production line. The blend consists of 100% Honduran tobaccos grown at the JRE Tobacco Farm in the Jamastran Valley with a Corojo-seed green Candela wrapper. “We would like to push the candela wrapper’s popularity as a homage to my grandfather Julio since he was the largest candela grower in the 80s and 90s when candela was the dominant wrapper in the industry,” said Vivi Eiroa. The Aladino Candela is produced at the Fabrica de Puros Aladino at Las Lomas Jamastran. Production is limited to only 1,200 boxes of 20 cigars.
